These terms cover Hustle Sim at hustlesim.com, run by Oddsphere, LLC, doing business as Crest Systems ("we"). By playing, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we store.

Age

You must be 13 or older to play. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything.

Your account

Keep your recovery code private. Anyone who has it can open your career. We can't recover a guest account whose code is lost, so connect Google or save the code somewhere safe.

Hustle Coins and in-game items

Hustle Coins, cosmetics and everything else in the game are a license to use them in Hustle Sim. They have no cash value, and they can't be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to another account. We may change prices, balance and items as the game develops.

Purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or something you paid for wasn't delivered. If that happens, email [email protected]. If a payment is refunded or charged back, we remove the coins it bought, up to what's still unspent.

Playing fair

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or pick an offensive or misleading leaderboard name. We may remove a name or a leaderboard entry, or close an account, that breaks these rules.

The game itself

Hustle Sim is provided as is. We try to keep it running and your saves safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. If we change them, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
